Friends of DeTour Library (FODL) is a non-profit organization supporting the library and many of its activities via fund raisers, memberships and donations. 
Here is a list of several exciting things we provide:
-  Pay for Saturday Hours

-  Purchase Periodicals Which Appeal More to Adults and the Public
-  Sponsor a Summer Speaker Series
-  Support a Summer Reading Program for Children
-  Sponsor the Fall Scholastic Book Fair
-  Organize Used Book Sales
-  Sponsor Mrs. Claus at Village Christmas
-  Buy Posters and Displays that Promote Children’s Reading
-  Purchase Books
-  Sponsor Miscellaneous Projects for Librarian
