Our Emergency Services

We serve DeTour and Raber Townships with our volunteer crew of hard working, dedicated men and women. Our volunteer team is trained in Firefighter 1 and 2, & offers 24 hour a day emergency response and service.

Our fire fleet consists of two pumpers, one tank truck, one brush truck for wild fires, a rescue boat, and one rescue unit, carrying various equipment, including jaws of life.

In addition to emergency service, our firefighters are active within the community through many programs, as few of which are:

School Fire Drills
Community Fire Prevention and Fire Safety Programs
Youth Fire Safety Open House
Lighting of Independence Day Fire Works

Ambulance Service

A service charge of 2.65% will be charged with each online transaction ($1.00 Minimum)

DeTour Volunteer Ambulance is small crew of hard working, dedicated individuals running a 24 hour a day service with two ambulances.

In addition to emergency service, our crew remains active within the community through many programs, as few of which are:

Ambulance Support at School Sporting Events, Vintage Snowmobile Races, Firework Displays, and Other Events as Requested
Health Projects for School Students
Health Projects for our Senior Residents
